Online Bookings
Our online booking form requires the following details: passenger names, telephone numbers, and email address of the passenger/s travelling.London Airports Plus does not accept responsibility for any errors made at booking and subsequent disruption in travel.
Once a booking has been submitted and accepted the passenger will receive an email confirmation of the booking with a reference number.The same details are made available to either our taxi partners or to our own driver/s who will meet the passenger/s on the day at the pick up address or an airport (with a nameboard) at the indicated time.
Any amendments or cancellations to bookings must be made by email or by phone through customer service, and this will be confirmed by email.These must be done as soon as possible.Charges may apply and these can be seen below under our cancellation and refund policy.
We endeavour to accommodate any special requests, these may incur additional charges, and you will be notified of this before your booking is made.
London Airports Plus does not guarantee to successfully place every booking.

Pricing

Prices are calculated by post code distances, and also take into account different charges on Christmas and New Year holidays.Any last minute amendments made to the journey must be settled in cash with the driver.

Prices include:
a) The journey from the correct pick up point and time to the destination booked only (passengers must allow adequate journey time, and in the case of Airport drop offs accommodate check-in time requirements.
b) Number of passengers specifiied only.
First 45 minutes (in case of an airport pick up) after the flight has landed., and car park charges for the same period.
c) Return journey if stated.
d) Two items of luggage(as specified in 'what size vehicle do I need').

Prices do not include:

a) Parking costs and waiting time, except with the meet and greet service.
b) Detours from the journey booked.
c) Additional passengers.
d) Excess and oversize luggage.
e) Other road charges
f) Sports equipment like surf boards, cycles and golf clubs. These must be declared at time of booking so that the correct vehicle can be assigned.
g) Gratuiities for the driver. Although this is at discretion a 10% tip is recommended.

Amendments:
a) Any amendments to the original booking must be made by telephone if the changes are made within 24 hours of departure. Changes that are more than 24 hours before departure can be emailed to London Airports Plus.
Additional charges occuring due to amendments will have to be charged to the passenger, and in certain cases may have to be settled with the driver.

Cancellations:

a) In the event of a cancellation the passenger must contact customer service to inform them of this as this will minimise cost and expense as well as inconvenience to all parties concerned.
b) Unless specifically instucted the cancellation of an outbound journey will automatically cancel the inbound journey where the return was booked as part of the same booking.
c) Where incorrect card details are provided the booking may result in a cancellation by the company.
d) London Airports Plus reserve the right to cancel a booking where it cannot provide the requested type of vehicle.

Delays:
Delays can occur through third parties such as airlines, train services and other forms of public transport. We will endeavour to accommodate all delays under these circumstances:
1) We monitor your inbound flight time and alert our drivers of any early landings or delays.
2) Instances where notification of a diverted or delayed flight is received too late to prevent the driver from travelling to the airport or from waiting for the flight to arrive at the original landing time, you may have to book another car and pay additional charges.

Refunds:
London Airports Plus will endeavour to process all cancellations and subsequent refunds of prepaid bookings efficiently. It is worth noting that we pay card processing when booking and therefore we do have to apply a cancelling fee when a reservation is cancelled.
LAP (London Airports Plus) will:
a) Apply administration fees of 20% of the fare for each cancellation.
b) Issue a refund less the administration fee plus any additional costs incurred for all bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the original booking.
c) Make a refund only to the card holder of the original payment.
d) Make a full refund only in the unlikely event of the reserved car not arriving, provided the passenger has followed the correct procedure when booking.
LAP (London Airports Plus) will not refund:
1) If cancellation of a booking is made less than 24 hours of reserved pick up time.
2) If passenger fails to turn up for a pre-paid booking, and has not communicated with London Airports Plus
3) If inaccurate details have been provided when booking.
4) The LAP service provides a guaranteed pick up time. It is the passengers responsibility to ensure that sufficient time is allowed
for the journey when making a booking. LAP are not responsible for losses incurred, including missing a flight due to insufficient timebeing allowed for travel when booking.
Complaints must be received within 14 days of return and be directed to bookings@LondonAirportsPlus. LAP will aim to resolve any issues arising from the complaint within 14 days.

We accept no responsibility for the following as these circumstances are beyond our control:
Delays due to:

Major road works/Accidents/Exceptional weather conditions/Police and security operation/Unforseen road hazareds and traffic delays/Unplanned marches/Terrorist or criminal activities /Customer safety etc.

Partners and Affiliates.
We are not responsible for complaints or disputes arising from dealings /bookings made with our partners and affiliates. These have to be be dealt directly with the relevant suppliers.
