How do I book a Transfer?
Our booking engine on the home page is the starting point.
Step 1
Simply enter your travel details and click on 'quote and book'. You will receive an on screen quote.
Step 2
Once you accept the quote enter further details and register if you are a new user.
Step 3
Enter passenger and flight details and click on 'proceed to payment.'
Step 4
Double check all your details and read our terms and conditions followed by a click on 'purchase'.
Step 5
Here you are in a secure Barclaycard environment. You enter your card details and continue to to the next step.
Once your booking is accepted you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. This will set out all your details and it is imperative that you carry this with you in order to avoid unnecessary delays.The driver collecting you will have your mobile number and you too will be informed of his number just a few days before your departure.
How far in advance should I book?
You can book as far in advance as you like. Due to the high level of enquiries and bookings we receive, you are advised to book as early as possible. The earlier you book the more likely you are to be designated a top driver! We offer a premium service for a reasonable price, a very popular combination, and the ideal time to book your transfers is immediately after you have booked your flights even if it is months ahead. We accept bookings up to a year in advance.
Can I book by telephone?
Yes you can. We understand you cannot always have access to the internet. You follow the same procedure as 'How do I book a Transfer' above.When you reach step 2 you will have a quote and you then have a choice of going on to step 3 if you are paying by card or if paying cash then simply phone us, text us or email us with your travel details.
How late can I book?
At least 24 hours in advance of the pick up time, though you are advised to book further ahead whenever possible.
How do I determine the journey time to the airport?
Depending on the distance and time you are travelling, generally you will need to allow approximately 1 to 2 hours, bearing in mind that you also have to 'check-in' at least 2 hours before your departure ( less for short-haul ). We can advise you on this, simply telephone us, text us or email us.
Where do I meet the driver if it's an Airport pick-up?
If this is a return journey from the airport, more likely than not, the same driver will be 'meeting and greeting' you in the arrivals hall with a blue and white company nameboard. He may also text you or call you once you have landed to advise you of a meeting point within the hall.
Are prices quoted per car or per passenger, and how do I pay?
Prices quoted are per car.Online payments are by card. If you wish to pay for your journey in cash, then once you have an onscreen quote you either phone, text or mail us and we will do the rest, i.e. advise you on your pick up tiimes and cofirm your booking by email.
Is the driver's tip included in the price?
No.Gratuities are dicretionary and recommended at 10% of the cost.
